30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Returns (unused products): You may return most items within 60 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs. Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation. If you received a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for a new one at no cost. Please contact us immediately and include the order receipt and photos of the damage. Only applies to eligible products.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item or refund request for non-returnable items. Refunds will be issued to customers' original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We are not responsible for errors with any chosen financial provider(s).
