30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Returns (unused products): You may return most items within 60 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs. Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation. If you received a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for a new one at no cost. Please contact us immediately and include the order receipt and photos of the damage. Only applies to eligible products.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item or refund request for non-returnable items. Refunds will be issued to customers' original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We are not responsible for errors with any chosen financial provider(s).

Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders and products specified as non-returnable.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective upon arrival.

Promotions and exceptions: Free shipping or other shipping credits will apply only when explicitly stated in a promotion or on the product/checkout page.

Customer choice: At checkout, the customer must choose a shipping method and carrier from the options presented.

Product Warranty

All IsoTac Airsoft products come with a 30-day limited warranty for products that arrive defective or break during reasonable, intended use.

Warranty Coverage: Our warranty covers eligible products for 30 days from the date received. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or modifications. Misuse is defined as using a product outside the intent of the producer.

Warranty Claims: To file a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if possible. We will evaluate the claim and determine if the product qualifies for replacement or refund.
