30-Day Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day refund policy. You may receive a full refund for most items within 30 days of purchase. To validate returns, the order number must be provided. If you received a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for a new one at no cost or offer a full refund. Please contact us immediately and include the order number and photos (if possible) of the damage. Only applies to eligible products.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after review of the refund request. Refunds will be issued to customers' original payment method. Customers are responsible for providing valid payment information. IsoTac Airsoft LLC is not responsible for failed refunds due to incorrectly provided payment information. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. IsoTac Airsoft LLC is not responsible for errors of any financial provider(s) that manages the refund.

Free shipping: Orders that meet or exceed the minimum order amount for free shipping will qualify for free standard shipping. The current minimum amount is displayed at checkout and may change from time to time.

Promotions and exceptions: Free shipping or other shipping credits will apply only when explicitly stated in a promotion or on the product/checkout page.

Customer choice: At checkout, the customer must choose a shipping method and carrier from the options presented.

Product Warranty

All IsoTac Airsoft products come with a 30-day limited warranty for products that arrive defective or break during reasonable, intended use.

Warranty Coverage: Our warranty covers eligible products for 30 days from the date received. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or modifications. Misuse is defined as using a product outside the intent of the producer.

Warranty Claims: To file a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if possible. We will evaluate the claim and determine if the product qualifies for replacement or refund.
