30-Day Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day refund policy. You may receive a full refund for most items within 30 days of purchase. To validate returns, the order number must be provided. If you received a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for a new one at no cost or offer a full refund. Please contact us immediately and include the order number and photos (if possible) of the damage. Only applies to eligible products.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after review of the refund request. Refunds will be issued to customers' original payment method. Customers are responsible for providing valid payment information. IsoTac Airsoft LLC is not responsible for failed refunds due to incorrectly provided payment information.
